Don’t read everything at once. There is a lot of great information in here, but it’s easy to feel overwhelmed after reading through all of the content in one sitting. Instead, take incremental steps. For example, if you want to find out where or how to ask people for their emails on your site, read the content in chapter 2. Implement it, then come back later for the next steps.
Dig deep into your Google Analytics as well as Search Console to find out which content performs the best. Then, think about how you can upgrade that content with an attractive offer that will get you more emails. It should be something that directly answers the search intent and offers a solution or a clue to whatever it is people searched for. An excellent conversion tactic, for sure.

I completely agree with everything you have said on this post. Many of email marketers fail to understand how important it is to have an opt-in email list. No business can grow without an email list of subscribers. The email list building list you have written seems to be effective. And you have managed to list all the noteworthy tools for building an email list of subscribers.
Rework old copy and make it new. You may have a great post that you wish you could use, but the content is outdated and in much need of repair. There are several blog posts I’ve written that I’ve reworked and slapped a new headline on. The foundation and frame was good; they just needed a bit of remodeling. It is not unusual for us to use a looming new email autoresponder course as the impetus to get us to write several new blog posts for our blog. The topic or idea might be relevant, but the available blog posts at our disposal need rework.

Your website is an incredible resource for email list building. It is one of the only platforms that you have full control over, which gives you the opportunity to promote opt-ins without restrictions. Opt-in early and often! This can be something as easy as embedding opt-in forms on all of your pages. Simply embedding opt-in forms has reported to double the growth of opt-in rates.

For example, we found a few obscenely high-traffic posts on the Todaymade blog, and created a pop-up that encouraged people to sign up for an ebook that was related to the topic of the post. These were posts that had high bounce rates, meaning people came in, read what they wanted, and left. We figured we might as well offer them related content, since they were going to leave anyway. (Click here to see what I mean.) Imagine if you did that for your email autoresponder course? If you know people are going to those posts, why not offer them useful related content? They’re already primed for the topic. Nuthin’ to lose.
Create entirely new content. Perhaps you’re using published blog posts, but your email autoresponder is missing a crucial lesson and you need to write brand new content so that the course achieves its goal. Maybe you’ve not even begun your blog yet, and are building your autoresponder first. Or, you just want to write the course from scratch from the ground up.
I’ll never forget the fun we had at those NFL celebrations at Regent Street in London, a couple of years back. My sister and I took part in a couple of games, one of which required yelling some American Football words at the top of our voices, and our mum was certain we were going to nail this.
